NON MEASURABLE SET¶
This guide will walk you through the steps to access and utilize the Master Parameters module within the Workflow Design platform, specifically focusing on creating Question sets (Non-Measurable Sets).
Pre condition¶
The user should be logged in with valid credentials.
Permissions related to Non Measurable Set
- Can See Workflow Design Left Menu
- Can Create NonMeasurable
- Can Edit NonMeasurable
- Can Delete NonMeasurable
- Can Upload NonMeasurable Option
Accessing "Non-Measurable Set" Form¶
Step 1: Click on "Workflow Design".¶
Step 2: Click on "Master Parameters".¶
Step 3: Click on the "Non Measurable Set".¶
(Located on the top right corner)
Step 4: Click on the "Add Non Measurable Set" button.¶

The form to be filled out will pop up.
Question Set¶
Step 5: Type in the name of the question set in the text box.¶
- The Question set can have multiple sections.
- Each section includes settings and delete option.
Section Settings¶
- When the user clicks on the Settings icon , a form is presented containing these options for customization.
- Section: Input field where the user specifies the section name.
- Section Remarks: Input field for additional remarks or notes about the section.
- View: each section can be viewed in either normal view or table view.
- Normal View: In the normal view, questions are displayed in a straightforward list or block format. Each section's questions are shown one after the other, making it easy to read and interact with them.
- Table View:In the table view, questions are displayed in a table format. Users can add or remove columns to customize the table according to their needs.
- Is Conditional: Toggle option to set whether the section is conditional.
- Is Relative Dropdown Parent: Toggle option to determine if the section is a relative dropdown parent.
NOTE: If a question set is already prepared, the user will have the option to select it from the dropdown menu.

Delete Section¶
User can delete unnecessary sections if not required.
Select Question Type¶
- In addition, users have the option to add questions to each section, with the flexibility for each section to accommodate any number of questions.
- Users have the flexibility to select the type of question from the SELECT QUESTION TYPE menu. The available question types and their behaviours are as follows.

1.Label¶
This option is set as the default. If the user selects "Label," it will be highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.
2.Multiple Choice¶
If the user selects “Multiple choice”. It will be selected and highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.
- Fetch From Data: This is a toggle option,To fetch data from an external dataset, First enable the "Fetch from Dataset" toggle. This will reveal two dropdown menus
- First for selecting the dataset
- Second for choosing the column names from the selected dataset.
Users can add multiple options for the question.
When the user clicks on the option the following list will be filled according to the option given.
- Options: Input field where the user provides the multiple-choice options.
- Set as Default: Dropdown to select a default option from the provided choices.
- Is Fatal: Toggle option that marks the question as critical.
- Is Escalated: Toggle option that flags the question for escalation if triggered.
3.Short Answer¶
If the user selects “Short Answer”. It will be selected and highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.
When the user clicks on the first option the following list to be filled according to the option given.
- Options: Users can add any kind of information, such as address, feedback, or remarks.
- Min and Max Length: Predefined between 1 to 250 characters.
- Value Type: Dropdown menu.
- All: Can accept both text and numbers.
- Only Text: Restricted to accepting only letters.
- Only Number: Limited to accept only numeric values.
- Allow Special Characters: Toggle button (default is allowed).
4.Drop Down¶
If the user selects “Drop Down”. It will be selected and highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.

- Is Calculated Field: This is a toggle option that allows the user to set up calculated fields. It is initially set to "off" by default.
- If enabled, another icon appears. When the user clicks on it, a tab opens where they can add variables and define the final expression.

When the user clicks on Settings Icon following list should be filled according to the option given.
- Options: Input field for users to provide additional information.
- Allowed Format: Users can specify the allowed formats for file uploads.
- Add Format: Button to add a new allowed format.
- Upload Multiple Files: Toggle option to enable or disable multiple file uploads.
- Allow Delete: Toggle option to allow or disallow users to delete uploaded files.
- Max Size: Default set to 1 MB, users can adjust the maximum file size if needed.
7.Radio Button¶
When selected, it will be highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.
For the first radio button option:
- Options: Input field where the user provides the multiple-choice options.
- Set as Default: Dropdown to select a default option from the provided choices.
- Is Fatal: Toggle option that marks the question as critical.
- Is Escalated: Toggle option that flags the question for escalation if triggered.
8.Date¶
When selected, it will be highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.
User has the option to click on the calendar icon to select a particular date.
- Options: Input field for users to provide additional information.
- Max Date:
- None: No date restriction.
- Current date: Whatever date is selected.
- Current date +: The selected date plus one day.
- Current date -: The selected date minus one day.
- Min Date:
- None: No date restriction.
- Current date: Whatever date is selected.
- Current date +: The selected date plus one day.
- Current date -: The selected date minus one day.
- Default Date: Toggle option.
9.Time¶
When selected, it will be highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.
The user has the option to click on the time icon and select a particular time.
- Option:Input field for users to provide additional information
- Max Time: This setting allows you to specify the maximum time limit for a particular operation or process.
- All (Default)
- Current time: Time at this moment.
- Current time +: The selected time plus the required time.
- Current time -: The selected time minus the required time.
- Min Time: This setting allows you to specify the minimum time limit for a particular operation or process.
- All (Default)
- Current time: Time at this moment.
- Current Time +: The selected time plus the required time.
- Current time -: The selected time minus the required time.
- 12hr Format: This setting toggles between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats.
- On: Enables 12-hour time format (e.g., 01:00 PM).
- Off: Enables 24-hour time format (e.g., 13:00).
10.Text Box¶
When selected, it will be highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.

when the user clicks on text box the following list should be filled according to selected question.
- Option: Input field for users to provide additional information.
- Min and Max Length: Predefined between 1 to 250 characters.
- Value Type: Dropdown menu(All, Only Text, Only Number,Is PAN,is Email)
- Allow Special Characters: Toggle button (default is allowed).
11.Relative MultiSelect¶
If the user selects “Relative Multiselect”. It will be selected and highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.
This feature allows users to select multiple options from a list of relative options.
- Options: Input field where the user provides the multiple-choice options.
- Set as Default: Dropdown to select a default option from the provided choices.
- Is Fatal: Toggle option that marks the question as critical.
- Is Escalated: Toggle option that flags the question for escalation if triggered.
12. System Mapping¶
If the user selects “Relative Multiselect”. It will be selected and highlighted in green.
- Required: The "Required" field is a toggle option that the user can switch on or off. By default, it is set to "off," allowing the user to specify whether the question is mandatory.
- Escalated Field: This is a toggle option, allowing the user to indicate whether the question is part of the escalated stage view. This is also defaulted to "off" initially.
This feature allows users to select multiple options from a list of relative options.
- Options: Input field where the user provides the multiple-choice options.
- Set as Default: Dropdown to select a default option from the provided choices.
- Is Fatal: Toggle option that marks the question as critical.
- Is Escalated: Toggle option that flags the question for escalation if triggered.
Click on the settings icon and the options to be filled will appear
- Options: Input field where the user provides multiple-choice options that will appear in the dropdown or multi-select list.
- System Name: Dropdown menu where the user selects the system to which the options will be mapped.
- Select Type: Radio button to choose the selection type — either Dropdown (single choice) or Multiselect (multiple choices allowed).
- User Specific Only:This option is enabled by default. It determines whether the selected system mapping should apply only to the currently logged-in user. If disabled, the mapping may apply globally or to multiple users.
Step 6: Save or Cancel¶
- Save: After filling in all necessary details, click the "save" button to save the form.
- Cancel: Click the "Cancel" button to cancel the process and clear the form.
View or Search Non-Measurable set¶
- View Created Non-Measurable set: Once the Non Measurable set is created it will be displayed along with Remarks, the date when the field set was Created On and the Status.
- Search any particular Non-Measurable set: If the user has to search for any particular non measurable set the user can search using the search bar.

Manage Non- Measirable set: Actions¶

1. Delete¶
- To delete, locate the Delete (🗑️) icon next to the field you want to remove.
- Click on the icon to permanently delete the field from the question set.
2. Edit¶
- To edit, click the Edit (✏️) icon next to it.
- The field will switch to edit mode, allowing you to modify the content.
- After making changes, click Save to update the field.
3. Upload Independent Dropdown Options¶
These are standalone dropdown or multi-select fields not linked to any other question.
Steps:¶

Click the Cloud Icon (📤):
- A window opens listing all dropdown/multi-select questions from the non-measurable set.
- A window opens listing all dropdown/multi-select questions from the non-measurable set.

View Questions from Measurable Set:
- The next window lists all relevant questions from the measurable set.

Export Sample Format:
- Select the specific question you want to upload data for.
- Click "Export Sample Format" to download a pre-formatted Excel template.

Fill Excel Sheet:
- Enter your dropdown options in the downloaded Excel file.

Upload the File:
- Drag and drop the Excel sheet into the upload area.

Click Save:
- Finalize the upload by clicking the Save button. Your dropdown options are now added.
🔗 4. Upload Relative Dropdown Options¶
These are linked dropdowns where the options in one depend on another (e.g., Country → State → City).
Steps:¶

Click the 4th Cloud Icon (📤):
- Opens the upload window for relative dropdowns.

- Opens the upload window for relative dropdowns.

Upload Form Appears:
- A form titled "Upload Relative Options" opens.

- A form titled "Upload Relative Options" opens.

Configure the Form:
- Use the toggle to delete existing options (if needed).
- Select the LEVEL 0 Question (e.g., Country).
- Add additional levels like LEVEL 1 (State) or LEVEL 2 (City) as needed.

Export Excel Template:
- Click "Export Excel" to download a structured template for your dropdown hierarchy.

Fill in the Excel File:
- Enter values for each level, maintaining parent-child relationships.

Drag and Drop Excel:
- Upload the completed Excel by dragging it into the form.

Click Upload Excel:
- A success message confirms your upload.

Cancel (Optional):
- Click Cancel to stop the process and clear the form.
5. Duplicate¶
- Click the Duplicate icon next to a question or set.
- This will create a copy of the selected field or group, including all its configurations.
- Useful for reusing similar structures without manually recreating them.
