MASTER MENUS

This Guide provide a structured interface for users to create, view, and manage forms, ensuring that all necessary tools are easily accessible and organized.

Pre Condition

The user should be logged in with valid credentials.A Process should be established, along with a Dataset and MetaData and a Field set should be created.

Permissions related to Master Menu

  • Can See Workflow Design Left Menu
  • Can create Masters Data
  • Can Edit Masters Data
  • Can View Masters Data
  • Can Delete Masters Data

Accessing "Master Menu" Form

Step 1: Click on "Workflow Design".

Step 2: Click on "Masters".

Step 3: Click on the "Master Menus".

(Located on the top right corner)

Step 4: Click on the "Create" button.

STEPS FOR MASTER MENUS

The form to be filled out will pop up.

Step 5: Create Master Menu

  • Master Form: Select the master form from the dropdown menu
  • Menu Name: Enter the name of the menu in the provided text field.

Step 6: Save or Cancel

  • Save: Click the "save" button to save the master form.
  • Cancel: Click the "Cancel" button to cancel the master form.

View or Search Master Menu

CREATE OR SEARCH MASTER MENU

  • Search any particular Master Menu: If the user has to search any particular master menu the user can search using the search bar.
  • View Created Master Menu: Once the Master menu is created it will be displayed in the window along with the Status.

1. Delete

Click the Delete Icon Locate the delete icon next to the field the user wishes to delete.

2. Edit

Click the Edit Icon to enable editing mode, then make the necessary changes. After editing, save the changes to update the information.
