USER STATUS HISTORY

The User Status History feature provides administrators with the ability to track and review user activity over a specified date range. It includes filters such as Designation and Current Status and displays login/logout times, break and meeting durations, and other relevant user status changes.

Pre Condition

The user must be logged in with valid credentials.

Accessing User Status History

Step 1: Click on "User Status".

Step 2: Click on the "Create" button.

A tab will open on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: Select Filter Criteria

  • Designation: Select the designation (role) of the user from the dropdown list.
  • Date Range: Use the From Date and To Date pickers to define the time period you want to review. By default, both are set to the current date.
  • Current Status: Choose from the dropdown menu listing all statuses previously defined in the User Status section.

Step 4: Action Buttons

  • Generate: Click this button to generate the user status history table based on the selected filters.
  • Download: Click this button to download the filtered results as an Excel file.
  • Clear All Filters: Resets all selected filter options to default values.

User Status History Table Columns

After generation, the table includes the following columns:

  • Username: Displays the name or ID of the user whose activity is being tracked.
  • Designation: Indicates the role or job title assigned to the user (e.g., Admin, Manager, Support).
  • Date: Shows the specific date for which the userโ€™s activity is recorded.
  • Login: The time the user logged into the system on the given date.
  • Logout: The time the user logged out of the system on the given date.
  • Current Status: Reflects the latest status selected by the user (e.g., Active, Break, Meeting).
  • Active: The total duration the user was marked as "Active" for the day.
  • Break: The cumulative time the user spent on breaks during the day.
  • Meeting: The total time the user spent in meetings on the selected date.

This table provides insights into each user's session and activity during the selected period.
