DOCUMENT NAMES¶
This guide provides a step-by-step approach to creating, viewing, searching, and managing document names within the system.
Prerequisites¶
The user should be logged in with valid credentials.
Required Permissions¶
- Can See User Setup Left Menu
- Can See Document Names Left Menu
Accessing "Document Name" Form¶
Step 1: Access the Interface¶
- Click on "User Setup"
- Click on "Document Names"
- Click on the "Create" button

A form will open:

Step 2: Configure Document¶
- Document Name: Provide a name for the document in the text field.
Step 3: Finalize¶
- ✅ Create: Submit the form and create the document
- ❌ Cancel: Discard changes and clear the form
⚠️ Note: Once created, the Document Name will appear in User Management → User Mapping → Document Names section.
View or Search Document Name¶
- Search any Document Name: Use the search bar to locate a specific document name.
- View Created Document: All created document names are listed in the viewing window.

Manage Document Name: Actions¶

1. Delete¶
- Click the Delete Icon to delete the document name.
2. Edit¶
- Click the Edit Icon to enable editing mode. Make the necessary changes and save them to update the document name.
Document View & Upload Process¶
1. Enable Document View in Workflow¶

- Navigate to Workflow Design → Stages
- Click the Edit icon
- Toggle Show User Document to ON
- Select desired document(s)
- Click Save

2. View Document in Customer Profile¶

- Go to Alchemy
- Select Call log Tab View or Call log Stage View
- Choose Process and Stage
- Click the Eye Icon

3. Upload Documents in User Setup¶

- Navigate to User Setup → User Management
- Click User Mapping for the relevant user
- Click User Documents
- Select Document Name from dropdown
- System auto-captures date
- Click Choose File to upload
- Click Save

4. Preview Uploaded Documents¶

- Open any profile
- Click on User Documents
- Select document from dropdown
- Click Preview to view
