LOGIN INSTRUCTION¶

This document provides a comprehensive guide on how to access the webpage by logging in and access its features.

Open a web browser and navigate to the link.

This is how the login page will appear.

The sign-in form allows users to enter their credentials to access the link.

Sign In¶

• Username Field: The user needs to type a valid username.
• Password Field: The user needs to type in the valid password.Password conditions to users and enforce them.
  • At least one uppercase letter.
  • At least one lowercase letter.
  • At least one numeric character.
  • At least one special character(e.g., !, @, #, $, %, etc.).
• Sign In Button: Click on the "Sign In" button

The user will be logged in and the webpage will be opened.

Cannot Sign In¶

If users encounter login issues and receive an error message, they should consider checking the following points to troubleshoot the problem.

• Check Credentials: Ensure the user has entered the correct username and password.
• Account Lock: Too many failed login attempts may lock your account. Contact the system administrator for assistance.

Password Recovery¶

• Forgot Password Link:If the user clicks on the Forgot? link, the user will be redirected to a password recovery page where the user can follow the instructions to reset their password.

Follow these steps:

• Enter your registered email address.
• Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
• And then try to login with the updated credentials.
