PROCESS¶
This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process setup interface, covering how to create processes, sub-processes, and sub-sub-processes, as well as how to manage them within the system.
Why Create Process, Sub-Process, and Sub-Sub-Process?¶
Creating processes, sub-processes, and sub-sub-processes helps organize workflows clearly and efficiently. It breaks down complex tasks into smaller parts, making them easier to manage, track, and adapt. This structure improves resource use, accountability, and reporting while supporting flexibility and smoother operations.
Pre-Conditions¶
Before starting, ensure the user is logged into the system with valid credentials and has access to the Data Setup section.
Permissions related to Process
- Can See Data Setup Left Menu
- Can create Process, Sub-Process, and Sub-Sub-Process
- Can Edit Process, Sub-Process, and Sub-Sub-Process
Accessing the Process Setup¶
Step 1: Navigate to "Data Setup"¶
Click on Data Setup in the left menu to open the section where processes are managed.
Step 2: Select "Process"¶
Click on Process in the top right corner of the Data Setup section.
Step 3: Open the "Create" Button¶
Click on the Create button to open the process creation form.

Once clicked, the Process Form will appear, which includes three main sections:
- Process
- Sub-Process
- Sub-Sub-Process
Creating a Process¶
Step 4: Fill Out the Process Form¶
The Process Form includes the following fields:
- Process Name: Enter the name of the process.
- Process Description: Provide a brief description of the process.
- Status: Choose the status (Active or Inactive).

Step 5: Save the Process¶
- Click Save and Continue to proceed to the Sub-Process section.
- Click Save to save the process and finish the setup for the current process.
Creating a Sub-Process¶
Step 6: Fill Out the Sub-Process Form¶
After clicking Save and Continue, you will move to the Sub-Process section.
- Select Main Process: Choose the main process from the dropdown.
- Sub-Process Name: Enter the name of the sub-process.
- Sub-Process Description: Provide a brief description.
- Status: Select the status (Active or Inactive).

Step 7: Save the Sub-Process¶
- Click Save and Continue to move to the Sub-Sub-Process section.
- Click Save to save the sub-process without proceeding further.
Creating a Sub-Sub-Process¶
Step 8: Fill Out the Sub-Sub-Process Form¶
After clicking Save and Continue, you'll enter the Sub-Sub-Process section.
- Select Sub-Process: Choose the sub-process from the dropdown.
- Sub-Sub-Process Name: Enter the name of the sub-sub-process.
- Sub-Sub-Process Description: Provide a brief description.
- Status: Select the status (Active or Inactive).

Step 9: Save the Sub-Sub-Process¶
Click Save to finalize the creation of the sub-sub-process.
View or Search for Processes¶
After creating your processes, sub-processes, and sub-sub-processes, you can view or search for them as follows:

- Search for a Process: Use the search bar to look for a specific process.
- View Created Processes: After a process is created, it will appear in the system with details such as Process ID, Description, and Status.
Action¶

- Edit: Click the icon to enable editing mode, then make the necessary changes. After editing, save the changes to update the information.
- To add multiple sub-processes and sub-sub-processes under the existing process, click the edit icon, select the desired process, enter the name of the new sub-process or sub-sub-process, and then click save.
PROCESS SETUP¶
Step 1: Open the Process Setup Form¶
Click the Process Setup button to open the configuration form.

This will bring up the Process Setup form.

Single Process Mode¶
Default Behavior (Single Process Mode Disabled)¶
By default, all processes are active. No restrictions are applied.
Enabling Single Process Mode¶
- To enable Single Process Mode, click the toggle button. This will deactivate all other processes except for the selected one.

Step 2: Configure the Process¶
- Search for the Main Process: Select the main process from the dropdown.
- Search for Sub-Process: Select the related sub-process.
- Search for Sub-Sub-Process: Select the corresponding sub-sub-process.
Click Save to activate the configuration. When Single Process Mode is enabled, only the selected process will be active, and all other processes will be deactivated.
Step 3: Process Setup Confirmation¶
Once you save your configuration, a confirmation message will appear.
This confirms that the selected process has been activated, and the others have been Inactive.
