WHATSAPP TEMPLATE

The Template Creation Forms are designed to streamline the process of creating and managing WhatsApp templates. These forms allow users to define the structure and content of messages that will be sent through the system, including various dynamic variables to personalize each communication.

Pre Condition

The user should be logged in with valid credentials. A Process ,Dataset, MetaData should be linked to Stages , with the Whatsapp required fields enabled at each stage.

Permission Related to Whatsapp Template

  • Can See Alchemy Left Menu
  • Can See WhatsApp Template Left Menu
  • Can create WhatsApp Template
  • Can Edit WhatsApp Template
  • Can Delete WhatsApp Template

Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".

Step 2: Click on "Whatsapp Template".

(Located on the top right corner)

Step 3: Click on the "Create" button.

Step 4: Process Selection

  • Process: Select the primary process for which the WhatsApp message template is being created.
  • Sub Process: Choose the relevant sub-process associated with the primary process.
  • Sub Sub Process: Select the sub sub-process related to sub process from the dropdown menu.
  • Stages: Select the stage of the process to which this message template is relevant.

Step 5: Template Details

  • API Key Name: Select the API key from the dropdown menu.
  • Template Name: Provide a unique name for the WhatsApp template.
  • Disposition: Specify the disposition related to the message.
  • From Number: Type in the number from whom the Whatsapp message should be sent.
  • To Number Source: Select the option From the dropdown menu.
    • From Stage Fields
    • From System Names
    • Manual
  • Message: Type in the required message in the text box.
    • The variables have to be inside double curly brackets.
  • Remarks: Add any additional remarks or notes regarding the message.

Step 6: Template Variables

  • Template Variable Name: Name of the variable to be used in the body of the message.
    • The variable name has to be exactly the same as the corresponding field name.
  • Stage Field Name: Select the stage field associated with the variable.
  • Default Value: Provide a default value for the variable if no dynamic value is available.
  • User has an option to Add Row or Delete Row.

Step 7: Create or Cancel

  • Create: Click "Create" to finalize and create the template.
  • Cancel: Click "Cancel" to abort the process and clear the form.
  • View Created Template: Once the Template is created it will be displayed along with Process, Sub Process, Sub Sub Process and Stage.
  • Search any Particular Template: If the user has to search any particular template the user can search using the search bar. SEARCH OR CREATE WHATSAPP TEMPLATE

1.Delete

Click on the Delete Icon to remove any created Template.

2.Edit

Click on the Edit Icon to enable editing mode, then make the necessary changes. After editing, save the changes to update the information.

Examples

Send WhatsApp Template

On the audit page, users can see several icons, which will only be displayed if they are enabled in the stages' action section

Step 1: Click on the "Whatsapp icon”/ "Whatsapp Business Icon"

Step 2: A pop up will be shown user has to select template name from the dropdown menu. which was created by following the steps above.

Step 3: Click on Send to send the template.

Step 4: Scroll down in the audit to find whatsapp. this will be visible only when this is enabled in stages action toggle buttons.

Step 5: Click on the Template which was sent user can check the information.
