SAMPLING PLAN AND GENERATION¶
This is a structured process for creating and managing sampling plans. This tool allows users to define, customize, and schedule sampling plans according to various criteria. This is a step-by-step guide to help users navigate the process.
Pre Condition¶
The user must be logged in with valid credentials, user should Create a Dataset along with its associated Metadata, and have created a Stage using that metadata. Data should then be uploaded via Manual upload.

- Sampling To: Determines where or to whom the sampled data will be sent for further review or analysis.
- 2.Case: This audit type focuses on individual cases or issues that have been identified in the system. It is used when the goal is to review specific instances or cases.
- Select Case Identification Field: Defines which field or criteria will be used to locate and select the cases for sampling.
- Select the Field from the Dropdown menu.
- Sampling To: Determines who will receive the sampled cases for review or further processing.
- Choose the recipient from the dropdown menu.
- Total Data/Calls Required: Enter the total number of data or calls required.
- Select Case Identification Field: Defines which field or criteria will be used to locate and select the cases for sampling.
- Allocation Type: User has an option to Select Auto or Manual.
- By Default, Manual is selected.
- 1.Auto: Allows the system to automatically select and apply allocation and bias plans based on predefined criteria or algorithms.
- Allocation Plan: This is a predefined strategy or set of rules that determines how resources or items are distributed automatically.
- Select the allocation plan from the dropdown menu.
- Bias Plan: This plan specifies how to handle or adjust for biases within the allocation process, ensuring that the distribution is as fair or balanced as possible.
- Select the bias plan from the dropdown menu.
- Allocation Plan: This is a predefined strategy or set of rules that determines how resources or items are distributed automatically.
- 2.Manual: Provides users with more control over the allocation process by requiring them to specify the bias plan without the automatic selection of an allocation plan.
- Bias Plan: The bias plan helps adjust for any biases that might affect the fairness of the manual allocation process.
- Select the bias plan from the dropdown menu.
- Bias Plan: The bias plan helps adjust for any biases that might affect the fairness of the manual allocation process.
- Data Allocation:
- Consider Allocated Data: This option focuses on the data that has been specifically allocated or assigned for review or analysis. It involves working with the data that has been designated for a particular purpose or task, ensuring that it meets the required criteria or standards.
- Toggle this switch to include allocated data in the sample.
- Consider Audited Data:This choice involves examining data that has already undergone an audit process. It includes reviewing data that has been assessed for accuracy, compliance, and quality, based on previous audit findings and evaluations.
- Toggle this switch to include audited data in the sample.
- All Sample:This option includes all available data samples for review or analysis. It ensures a comprehensive evaluation by considering every piece of data within the defined scope, rather than selecting or limiting the sample to specific allocations or audited items.
- Toggle this switch to include all data in the sample.
