SAMPLE STATUS

The Sample Status provides users with a comprehensive overview of the sample generation process, detailing important metrics and real-time information about the status and progress of generated samples.

Pre Condition

The user should be logged in with valid credentials. A Process should be established, along with a Dataset and MetaData Sampling Plan and Generation should be generated for the uploaded data Manual Upload.

Accessing Sample Status

Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".

Step 2: Click on "Sample Status".

STEPS FOR SAMPLE STATUS

On the right, a page will open displaying the complete information about the sample generation.

SAMPLE STATUS VIEW

  • Sampling Plan ID: Each time a sample is generated in the sampling plan, a unique ID called the Allocation ID is assigned. This same ID is displayed under the Sampling Plan ID.
  • Status: The status will show as "Completed" once the samples are generated successfully. It will display "Running" if the sample generation is in progress but encounters an issue, such as a mismatch in the condition part.
  • Start Time: This field records the time when the sample generation starts.
  • End Time: This field records the time when the sample generation ends.
  • Stage: This displays the selected stage for the sample generation.
  • Process: The selected process will be shown here.
  • Sub Process: The selected sub-process will be displayed here.
  • Sub-Sub Process: The selected sub-sub process will be shown here.
  • Created On: This will display the date when the samples were created.
  • Total Samples Generated: This field will indicate the total number of samples generated.
    • The total number of samples will be same only when all sample toggle option is enabled while creating sample plan and generation.
