REJECTED AUDIT FORM¶
This guide outlines the steps needed to access and use the Reject Audit Form, including how to navigate the system, search for specific rejected stages, and review the reasons for rejection.
Pre Condition¶
The user should be logged in with valid credentials. A Process should be established, along with a Dataset and Metadata. Samples should be generated for the uploaded data. Manual allocation should be done for the generated samples, and a question set should be created with escalation fields to configure the Escalation Metrics. The audit in Agency Validation should be completed to export the report.

Accessing "Reject Audit Form"¶
Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".¶
Step 2: Click on "Rejected Audit Form".¶

NOTE: To view Reject audit form in Alchemy, ensure that the appropriate user account permissions are granted in the User Setup - Roles and Permission.

To the right side, the user can see a stage search bar.

Step 3: Select the Stage from the dropdown menu.¶
Step 4: Click on "Search".¶
The user will be able to see the list of rejected stages.

Action¶
View¶
Click on the Eye Icon.
A form will open.

Users can see the reason for rejection if any remarks or comments are added.
