RE ALLOCATION

This guide will walk you through the steps necessary to reallocate processes within your system. Following these steps will help ensure that tasks are correctly reassigned.

Pre Condition

The user should be able to log in with valid credentials, and a Process and Stage should be established. Data corresponding to the selected stage should be allocated using Manual Allocation and user details with specific roles already created in User Management should be available to reallocate the information.

Permission Related to Re Allocation

  • Can See Alchemy Left Menu
  • Can See Re Allocation Left Menu
  • Can Delete All Samples From Re Allocation

Accessing "Re Allocation"

Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".

Step 2: Click on "Re Allocation".

STEPS FOR RE ALLOCATION

To the right side, a tab will open with search fields:

RE ALLOCATION STAGE WISE FORM

Stage Wise

Process Selection

  • Process: Select the primary process from the dropdown menu.
  • Sub Process: Choose the relevant sub-process associated with the primary process.
  • Sub Sub Process: Select the appropriate sub-sub-process from the dropdown menu.
  • Stages: Select the stage related to the process.
  • From Designation: Select the "From" designation from the dropdown menu.
  • From User: Select the "From" user from the dropdown menu.

The tab will expand to show a list of records, and the local filters tab will be visible.

NOTE: The local filters tab will be visible only if fields are selected in the Evaluation Filter in Stages.

RE ALLOCATION SEARCH

Select Designation and User.

  • To Stage: The user can select the "To" stage from the dropdown menu.
  • To Designation: Select the "To" designation from the dropdown menu.
  • To User: Select the "To" user from the dropdown menu.

Enter Number of Samples Details

  • Enter Number of Samples to Reallocate: The user can enter the number of samples to be reallocated.

RE ALLOCATION SEARCH

Re Allocate Buttons

  • User can select one option by enabling the particular checkbox.
  • Click on "Re Allocate" button. The selected list will get reallocated.
  • Click on "Re Allocate All" button. The complete list will be reallocated.

Delete All

  • Select the checkboxes for the items the user wants to remove, then click "Delete All" to remove them.

Process Selection

  • Process: Select the process for the configuration.
  • Sub Process: Select the sub-process within the chosen process.
  • Sub Sub Process: Select the sub-sub-process for more detailed task management.

Select From Designation and User

  • From Designation: The designation or role of the user from whom the task is being allocated. Select the starting designation for the task.
  • From User: The specific user from whom the task is being allocated.Select the user currently assigned to the task.

Select To Designation and User

  • To Designation: The designation or role of the user to whom the task will be allocated. Select the designation for the user receiving the task.
  • To User: The specific user to whom the task will be allocated. Select the user who will receive the task.

Reallocate Button

  • Reallocate All: Click to reallocate all button to allocate the samples.
