NOTIFICATION TEMPLATE¶
The Template Creation Forms are designed to streamline the process of creating and managing Notifications templates. These forms allow users to define the structure and content of messages that will be sent through the system, including various dynamic variables to personalize each communication.
Pre Condition¶
The user should be logged in with valid credentials. A Process ,Dataset, MetaData should be linked to Stages.
Permission Related to Notification Template
- Can See Alchemy Left Menu
- Can See Notification Template Left Menu
Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".¶
Step 2: Click on "Notification Template".¶
(Located in the top right corner)
Step 3: Click on the "Create" button.¶

Step 4: Process Selection¶
- Process: Select the primary process for which the notification template is being created.
- Sub Process: Choose the relevant sub-process associated with the primary process.
- Sub Sub Process: Select the sub sub-process related to sub process from the dropdown menu..
- Stages: Select the stage of the process to which this template is relevant.
Step 5: Template Details¶
- Template Name: Provide a unique name for the notification template.
- Notification Date: Specify the particular date when the notification should be rolled out.
- Notification Time: Specify the particular time when the notification should be rolled out.
- Message: Type in the required message in the text box.
- Remarks: Add any additional remarks or notes regarding the message.
Step 6: Template Variables¶
- Template Variable Name: Name of the variable to be used in the body of the message.
- Stage Field Name: Select the stage field associated with the variable.
- Default Value: Provide a default value for the variable if no dynamic value is available.
- User has an option to Add Row or Delete Row if not required.
Step 7: Create or Cancel¶
- Create: Click "Create" to finalize and create the template.
- Cancel: Click "Cancel" to abort the process and clear the form.
View Created Template or Search¶
- View Created Template:Once the Template is created it will be displayed along with Process, Sub Process, Sub Sub Process and Stage.
- Search any Particular Template:If the user has to search any particular template the user can search using the search bar.

Action¶

1.Delete¶
Click on the Delete Icon to remove any created Template.
2.Edit¶
Click on the Edit Icon to enable editing mode, then make the necessary changes. After editing, save the changes to update the information.
Notification Display:¶
On the specified date and time, the notification will appear on the application website.

Users can click on the notification to view the customer profile.
