MANUAL ALLOCATION¶
This guide should help navigate the manual allocation process, from creating and configuring allocations to viewing, searching, and managing them effectively.
Pre Condition¶
The user must be logged in with valid credentials. A Process should be established, along with a Dataset and MetaData. Data should then be uploaded using the Manual Upload feature. Samples should be generated using the Sampling Plan and Generation, and a Stage should be created based on the defined metadata.

Accessing "Manual Allocation"¶
Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".¶
Step 2: Click on "Manual Allocation".¶
Step 3: Click on "Create".¶

A form will open:

Step 4: Allocation Method¶
- Normal Audit: This is a toggle option. By default, this is Enabled. Disable it if required.
Step 5: Process Selection¶
- Process: Select the process from the dropdown menu.
- Sub Process: Select the sub-process from the dropdown menu.
- Sub Sub Process: Select the subprocess from the dropdown menu.
- Stages: Select the stage name from the dropdown menu.
The tab will expand, listing all the samples available for the particular stage:

Step 6: Allocation Type¶

Select the type of allocation from the dropdown menu.

Call Wise: This allocation type assigns resources or audits based on individual calls or interactions.
- When "Call wise" is selected as the allocation type, a dropdown menu labeled "Role" will appear. The user will need to select a role from this dropdown.

- When a user selects a particular role in the "Role" section, the system will restrict the allocation options to only those associated with the selected role.
- To allocate the sample to a user, select the desired user from the dropdown menu.
- Click on "Allocate". Once the sample is allocated, the Total Samples number will change, and the sample will be assigned to the selected user.

Role Wise: This type allocates resources or audits based on specific roles or job functions.
- When "Role Wise" is selected as the allocation type, two dropdown menus labeled "From Role" and "To Role" will appear. The user can select options from these dropdown menus.
- The "Auto Allocate" button will be available once all the required details are filled in. Click on this button to proceed, and you will receive a success notification upon completion.

- To allocate the sample to a user, select the desired user or multiple users from the "To User" section. If multiple users are selected, the samples will be randomly and equally allocated.
- Click on "Auto Allocate" to allocate all the samples at once.
- If the user wants to allocate samples individually, select the user in the "To User" box and click "Allocate" individually. The sample will then be allocated to the selected user.
Step 7: Create or Cancel¶
- Save: After filling in all necessary details, click on the "Create" button to save the form.
- Cancel: Click on the "Cancel" button to cancel the process and clear the form.
View or Search Manual Allocation¶
- View Created Manual Allocation: Once the manual allocation is done, it will be displayed along with Process, Sub Process, Sub Sub Process, Allocation Type, and Allocation Method.
- Search Any Particular Manual Allocation: The user can search for a particular allocation using the process, sub-process, and sub-sub-process through the search bar.

Manage Manual Allocation: Action¶

1. Delete¶
Click the Delete Icon to delete if it is not required. When the user clicks on the delete icon, a tab will open.

- The user can give remarks and select the allocated samples by enabling the checkboxes and click "Delete" if they want to delete the selected samples.
- The user can also click on "Delete All" to delete all the allocated samples.
2. View¶
Click the View Icon to see the allocated samples.
