EVALUATION TAB VIEW (CALL LOG TAB VIEW)¶
This guide walks you through how to use the Call Log Tab View, including working with global and local filters and viewing active stages.
Pre-Conditions¶
The user must be logged in with valid credentials. The following steps must be completed beforehand:
- A Process should be established.
- A Dataset and MetaData should be created.
- A Sampling Plan and Generation must be generated for the uploaded data using Manual Upload.
- Manual Allocation should be performed for the generated samples.
- Stage should be created using the metadata.
Permissions Required for Call Log Tab View:
- Can See Alchemy Left Menu
- Can See Evaluation Left Menu
Steps to Access Call Log Tab View¶
Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".¶
Step 2: Click on "Evaluation Tab View (Call Log Tab View)".¶

A tab will open on the right side with the search fields:

Stage and Process Selection¶
Step 3: Process Selection¶
- Process: Select the process from the dropdown menu.
- Sub-Process: Select the sub-process from the dropdown menu.
- Sub-Sub Process: Select the sub-sub-process from the dropdown menu.
- Stage: Based on the selected process hierarchy, related stages will appear. Select the desired stage from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Click on Search.¶
A new tab will expand showing the following elements:
- Global Filters
- Active Stages (with a horizontal scroll bar)
- Local Filters

GLOBAL FILTERS¶
Global Filters allow users to apply filters across all stages associated with a specific process.
- Clicking on the Global Filter will expand it.
- "To Person" is the default option available.

Step 1: Adding Global Filter Options¶
To add filters that apply to all stages, users need to configure them via the Global Filter settings.
Step 2: Access the Global Filter Form¶
- Navigate to Workflow Design > Stages.
- Click on the Global Filter button.

Step 3: Process and Stage Selection¶
In the Global Filter form:
- Process: Choose the desired process.
- Sub-Process: Select the corresponding sub-process.
- Sub-Sub Process: Choose the related sub-sub process.
- Stage: Select one or more stages.
Next, select the fields/questions you want to include in the global filter.
Step 4: Selecting and Managing Filter Options¶
- Select One: Highlight an option and click >.
- Select All: Click >>.
- Remove One: Highlight an option and click <.
- Remove All: Click <<.
Step 5: Save or Cancel Configuration¶
- Save: Apply and save the selected fields.
- Cancel: Discard any changes.

Step 6: Viewing Global Filter Selections¶
Selected Global Filters will be visible in the Evaluation Tab View (Call Log Tab View) under Alchemy.

ACTIVE STAGES¶
- Click on the required stage to view its associated records.
A list will be displayed:
- Click on the Eye Icon to open the Audit Page for that particular record.
AUDIT PAGE¶
When a user clicks the Eye Icon from the Active Stages list, they are redirected to the Audit Page
The Audit Page allows users to:
- Review all details for the selected stage record.
- Perform audits and track user actions.
- Update necessary information based on the stage-specific fields.
Note: Proper permissions are required to view or modify audit data.
LOCAL FILTERS¶
Clicking on the Local Filters tab will expand it, revealing default options:
- From Created On
- To Created On

Adding or Modifying Fields in Local Filters¶
Users can customize the Local Filters for a stage via the Evaluation Filter section.
Steps to Configure Local Filters:¶
Step 1: Navigate to Workflow Design > Stages.
Step 2: Locate the required stage and click the Evaluation Filter icon.
Step 3: Select or Deselect Fields:
- Select One: Highlight an option and click >.
- Select All: Click >>.
- Deselect One: Highlight and click <.
- Deselect All: Click <<.
Step 4: Save or Cancel Changes:
- Save: Save the new selection.
- Cancel: Discard changes.

Step 5: Displaying Fields in Local Filters¶
All fields selected in the Evaluation Filter configuration will appear under the Local Filters tab for the respective stage.

Note: Local Filter fields for a specific stage will only appear if the Single Process Option is enabled in the Data Setup section.
