ADD EVALUATION (CALL LOG STAGE VIEW)¶
This guide provides a step-by-step process to access and utilize the Call Log Stage View, ensuring users can effectively add and edit necessary information.
Pre-Conditions¶
The user must be logged in with valid credentials. The following should be completed beforehand:
- A Process should be established.
- A Dataset and MetaData should be created.
- A Sampling Plan and Generation should be generated for the uploaded data via Manual Upload.
- Manual Allocation should be performed for the generated samples.
- A Stage should be created using the metadata.
Permissions Required for Call Log Stage View:
- Can see Alchemy Left Menu
- Can see Evaluation Stage View Left Menu
- Can create View/Modify Evaluation Screen
- Can edit View/Modify Evaluation Screen
- Can delete View/Modify Evaluation Screen
- Can view View/Modify Evaluation Screen
Steps to Access Call Log Stage View¶
Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".¶
Step 2: Click on "Add Evaluation (Call Log Stage View)".¶

A tab will open on the right side with a search field:
Step 3: Stage Search¶
- Click on the Stage Search dropdown; all active stages will be listed.
- Select a specific stage.
- The tab will expand and display all selected fields from the "Evaluation Filter" in "Stages".
- A list of fields will open.
Actions¶
View¶
- Click on the Eye Icon.
A new tab will open:

- Users can add or update information as needed.
- Users can also perform audits and handle dispositions.
Notes: - Ensure that you have the necessary permissions before accessing or modifying the Call Log Stage View. - All actions taken within the Call Log Stage View are logged for auditing purposes.
