BROADCAST TEMPLATE¶

The Template Creation Forms are designed to streamline the process of creating and managing Broadcast templates.

Pre condition¶

The user should be logged in with valid credentials.

Permission Related to Broadcast Template

• Can See Alchemy Left Menu
• Can See Broadcast Template Left Menu

Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".¶

Step 2: Click on "Broadcast Template".¶

(Located in the top right corner)

Step 3: Click on the "Create" button.¶

Step 4: Template Details¶

• Template Name: Provide a unique name for the Broadcast template.
• Message: Type in the required message in the text box to broadcast.
• Role: Select the role from the dropdown menu, The User can select multiple roles as well.
• IS ACTIVE: It is a toggle option. If the user wants to show the broadcast message user needs to slide the toggle.

Step 5: Create or Cancel¶

• Create: Click on the "Create" to finalize and create the template.
• Cancel: Click on the "Cancel" to abort the process and clear the form.

View Created Template or Search¶

• View Created Template: Once the Template is created it will be displayed along with Broadcast Message, Role, and Status.
• Search any Particular Template: If the user has to search any particular template the user can search using the search bar.

Actions¶

1.Delete¶

Click the Delete Icon to remove any created Template.

2.Edit¶

Click the Edit Icon to enable editing mode, then make the necessary changes. After editing, save the changes to update the information.

Change Speed¶

STEP 1: Click on the Change Speed button.

STEP 2: Change Speed Form

• Speed: can change the speed of the broadcast message from the dropdown menu(Super Slow, Slow, Normal, Fast, Super fast)
• Preview: After selecting the speed user can check the preview.

STEP 3: Update or Cancel

• Update: Click "Update" to finalize and make changes in the template.
• Cancel: Click "Cancel" to abort the process and clear the form.
