OPEN ESCALATED FORM (AGENCY VALIDATION)¶

This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the steps involved in the Agency Validation process to validate the form.

Pre Condition¶

The user should be logged in with valid credentials. Ensure the following prerequisites are met:

• A Process should be established.
• A Dataset and MetaData should be set up.
• Sampling Plan and Generation should be generated for the uploaded data.
• Manual Upload should be completed.
• Manual Allocation should be done for the generated samples.
• A question set Measurable Set or Non Measurable Set should be created with escalation fields.
• The escalation metrics should be configured.

• Can See Alchemy Left Menu
• Can View Escalated Audit Form

Accessing Open Escalated Form¶

Step 1: Click on "Alchemy".¶

Step 2: Click on "Open Escalated Form (Agency validation)".¶

NOTE: To view Agency validation in Alchemy, ensure that the appropriate user account permissions are granted in the User Setup - Roles and Permission.

Step 3: Select the Process¶

• Process: Select the primary process from the dropdown menu.
• Sub Process: Choose the relevant sub-process associated with the primary process.
• Sub Sub Process: Select the appropriate sub-sub-process from the dropdown menu.
• Stages: Select the stage related to the process.
• From Date: Click the calendar icon to select the starting date.
• To Date: Click the calendar icon to select the ending date.

Step 4: Click on "Search".¶

A tab will expand with the list related to the selected stage displayed below.

Step 5: View and Validate¶

• Click on the "Eye icon" to view the details of the form.

Step 6: Save or Cancel¶

• Click on "Save".
• Once the action is taken, the stage will move out of this profile based on the chosen option.
